just i now im scammed please return my item
i save money in 8 months to buy that anchor and shackles of alchemist
and this scammer traded me he said the enduring wardog is lava effect but its not
when i see in trade its lava effect but when trade complete the wardog is normal please help me T_T

This is not scam,this is sharking.Steamrep or steam support do not return items.

This is actually a scam, it's item switching, not sharking. However, the latter part he mentioned is true SteamRep is not affiliated with Valve and Valve doesn't return items unless your account was hijacked.

Just to note that if you do trade for an unusual, look for something that looks like this http://puu.sh/51TbX.jpg. http://puu.sh/51Tcq.jpg (The one you got) does not have a purple outline to denote that it is unusual as well as the red text that will warn you if it's a changed item, and Lava effects are blank when it says what type of effect it is.
