Improper Format SPAMMER & SCAMMER

this guy has been spamming and scamming people for ages i told him i would pay two rec for a dirty hat and he spammed my steam wall all because i didnt give him a offer he wanted, he tryed a quick swap at least 7 time to my self and other people in the server please ban him http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198050873044
