I am reporting this for Killzone.
This took place on An Unusual Paradise 216.6.232.148:27015
Basically killzone asked to crab Neptune(asteroids) and they bet a bot killer knife vs 2 keys. Neptune lost then left and changed his name multiple times. You can see neptune admitting he was losing in the second screenshot and you can see them agreeing to the duel in the first.

Can you get the victim to post a screenshot of the trade history for the date in question to prove that payment was not received?

canadian is this really a requirement for all reports like this now? its a VERY tedious task especially with people that do not know how to operate the PRT SC button which is a lot of people who get scammed.

Yes it's a requirement to show that the trade did or did not happen. Inventory history is the only way to show if it did or didn't happen.
