Well.

His profile was open for all,and he wasnt marked when i bought it.I cheked just steamrep,cuz i dont care about duped,hours etc..people have lot's of situations.So,i just checked steam rep - he wasnt marked (You can checked date when he had marked and when i bought hazmat).
I didnt do nothing wrong.
