Accepted SR SCAMMER - 76561198020907462 - It's a System Fault

I was tagged as sr scammer like 1 hour ago. SteamRep says "Trading with scammer" :/ huh?
I was playing on a server which has no pluging to warn people about scammers. I could not know that the guy who I was trading with was a scammer . I've been banned from outpost for the result of this fault. All I know is I was clean 1.5 hour ago, mate.
At least I should be warned with caution or anything etc. This can't be like this.
