Steam Support does not reply to tickets?

    My Steam account was hijacked, I sent a ticket to them giving them information and evidence, but it's been a month and they haven't replied...

    Make a new reply on it, but Steam Support is pretty busy. At normal times it takes 1 week upto 2 weeks. Might be due the sale season that they got behind. Or your ticket was overlooked. A new reply will set it "active" again.
