He ignored me and i kept on requesting him to trade but still nothing.

Also do you have any screenshots of the trade? If so, can you upload them in a reply to this thread via the "Upload a File" button, if not, then you can find your inventory history through the steam client under your inventory, once in your entire steam inventory(shows steam inventory and games that have inventories like tf2 and dota 2), click More then Inventory History, screenshot it then save it to a file then upload it in a reply via "Upload a File" button.
