Description: He directly added me on steam offering a game i really want. He sent me fake steamrep and first i was going to trade but i opened the link again. The profile of the real Phil wasnt private and he had rep. Then i immideatly added him and talked with him (real one) we both concluded we have to report him and here i am with prooves. I was trying to win some time and even tell him i am buying the games so i can get his profile link. It was hard to get it i was on the program Steam(atleast i dont know how to get it from here) i checked steam rep clear. Obviusly he was using the rep of real one. hopefully real phil is a nice guy and understanding i hope u accept this post!
