I found him on reddit, we procceeded to find a proper agreement for the price, he gave me evidence (or I thought it was evidence) that it was indeed not a scam egg.
For those of you who do not know, in Dota2 there's currently eggs, which can be infused with unsual essences, in trade windows the unusual essences cannot be seen, which is what made this scam possible.
