Suggestion: Replace the Create New Thread button with the form for a scam report

It looks to me like there are a lot of people that don't even notice the link to the scam report form in the scam report forum. Would it be a good idea to disable the create a thread button and put the link to the form in where that button currently is?

I know the form isn't necessary to set up a report, but it does make it easier to read and forces the reporter to at least give the most basic information in the first post.

Well, a swap of them might be an idea...
