Suspicious trades and behavior

Has steamtrades too good to be true but if you start a deal via steam chat he seems dodgy.
He also changes his nick and profile pick each time he finishes a deal. The nicks and pics are from other profiles.
Says he has a impersonator (http://steamcommunity.com/id/Iamotta) but the name he uses is not the name he used before. Just don't want people getting scammed.

It would be better if you post in report a scam, in the proper format.

Not really have evidence of scamming yet, so just monitoring him.

Read and file a report if there is sufficient evidence, that is how things are done here.
