Declined TF2 shop sells duped items

I bought some buds from tf2 shop and i was assured that they were clean but when i checked i found them to be duped. the owner and main proprietor of Tf2 shop is here.

Hello, the shop uses an automated system and it's impossible for them to check if the items "are duped" or not. Since they act the same and Valve doesn't care, only you, we cannot do anything.

If you really care about duped items just don't buy from there.
