    Since last year, both accounts have used the same static IP.
    No, it is not a public Wi-Fi IP.
    You have had the other account on your friends list in the past.
    No other steam accounts show up as have used that IP, ever.

    If you don't mind me asking...

    How is the wifi public? Are you using a cafe or dorm wireless? Are you sure you don't have any connection to the bot impersonator?

    Yes, I do use a public cafe, they assign you to a computer/laptop, that has like a wifi-thing network on it, for really cheap, and I can't get my own Wi-Fi network/connection, because my parents are not really happy paying $49.00 each month for Optimum Online or Verison FIOS -whatever- and I needa do my homework everyday, and sort this out... :eek:

    And yes, I absolutely have no connections to the bot impostor!
