Improper Format This Guy Scammed 2 Buds from Me

Hi my name is Alison and i recently traded [BB]-๖ۣۜL825ucas9 and He told me he would pay me 200$ in steam wallet or Paypal. i chose Paypal but i asked for reps and he said he deleted them. so then he said i'll offer you 250$ if i go first so i could refuse a awesome offer like that so i took it but as soon as the trade was complete he deleted me. i never received my money and also i shouldn't have trusted him looking now he doesn't have enough hours to own that many keys and have good items so he should be a suspected scammer of other people also. so please if steam rep could get my buds back for me please!!!!!!! The only proof i have of this is an copy of the chat.
