Improper Format This scammer took my stuff and kept the change

So, this guy named Namrog told me he would gift me a copy of the humble indie bundle 2, 3, or 5. I traded him some items (5 hats and a RoBro) for the activation key. What he didn't tell me is that it was illegal. He was not authorized to sell me the games as per the terms and conditions of the HiB (Which I did not know at the time, but soon researched) and the majority of the access codes were duplicates (Pirate. He told me himself that other people had used the code other than him. He copied and sold copyrighted digital data). He said we could talk about it later, and he added me. I woke up the next morning to find him blocking me, and leaving me high and dry with none of the items i traded him. I later confronted him on the server, and during that period, used the access codes that I had traded for but couldnt use- get this- on his OWN account, then refusing to give me back my items. He kept telling me how good a deal i had gotten, but I only got faulty access codes that were never actually his to trade for in the first place, and 6 less hats.
