trade with some that has trade probation

hello. (this is my first time in steamrep)

someone sent me offer that look little suspicious on CS:GO
if you need - awp asiimov BS ,for my ak redline MW + 2 keys

i saw that he has a trade probation in his account
i search little for his account in csgolounge and found that he has -2 rep

what do you think? to decline the trade?
im afraid that i will get trade banned..
i heard about people that accept things like that and trade banned

Trade probation really means that you should caution for unwanted stuff... if he trade offered you, for example, you best check all the items that are in it to know for sure that some very high value item isn't between it, or that there is a problem with the offered items etc.

Trade probation often is applied for a period after a trade ban, lasts normally between 6 weeks and 2-3 months. Would not want to do cash transfers with such. If its just item for item trade, you can go ahead after checking the items.

You won't get trade banned for dealing with someone thats on their probationary period, basically you should just take probation as a deal with caution warning cause they were given a chance to redeem themselves, not all people get probation after being trade banned so that doesnt make them bad it just means be careful.

IF the Trade Ban expires, always a Trade Probation will follow by Valve.

from what i know steam ban user if the item is in theyre inv and not look at history

It varies depending on what the item is and how it was scammed/hijacked.
