Improper Format Trading scammer

this is what i wrote to steam support:

hello, I know that you probably can not give me back my item, but at least I will report a scammer.
I had a deal with this person that he we will be pay me real money with pay pal. we traded 2 items to ensure that neither one of us will backout of the deal.

The same minute we traded items for insurance he deleted me, and blocked me.

i would be grateful if i get my item back and he gets his, if not pls mark him as a scammer or something.
