A while back i was Tagged as a scammer for doing a charge back on a guy called Docks. A charge back did take place but this was for real world items not pixels, these items never arrived so i charged back for them.
I contacted a number of people i thought could influence the reversal of this ban. However due to my lack of knowledge in all things pc i was unable to get the proof i needed, and on top of this my paypal/ebay accounts which i thought could prove my innocents were hacked.
I have attempted to contact Docks on many many occasions over the last few months with no success, i am hoping he may now find it in himself to tell the truth as to what the charge back that started all this was really about.

Id also like to add that on previous appeals i have lost my rag a little and hit out that those who i interpreted to be taking the Micky. To those offended i am honestly sorry but being wrongly accused of something you did not do is horrible but what compounds this is being unable to prove your innocents.
I do not wish to have the ban lifted to trade as the ban has never stopped me doing this, id like it lifted so i can join a Clan which has strict rules on Steamrep bans (Currently being reviewed)

You can check with any reputable TBR clan players including the main guys. I hold competitions on steams tf forums where i give away massive prizes including hats and keys as rewards for answering riddles i post, these competitions are for those who are not in a position to be able to afford hats or keys, i am also known to give away gifts to players on TBR servers, mainly noobs to the game and the ones who get picked on for not having the right gear. Over the last 6 months i have given away in excess of 150keys worth of gear from hats, strange weapons and even gold botkiller items.
These are not the actions of a Scammer or a thief.
