Declined undeadnich is bribing people so he wont report them for scamming

    Description:

    I was selling a lvl 99 merc's muffler you added a whole bunch of stuff but among it i notisced 2 TOD tickets and a name tag which was almost a key so the rest seem like it would be enough to get the 2 keys i wanted for it. he pressed ready and i pressed ready. then he starts calling me a scammer and saying he will report me, blah blah blah. but then he says i will not report you if you bribe me, the screen shot below. someone may fall for this and he should be banned so no one dose. reporting people is to make the steam/tf2/trading community safe and this person is a thret to that safety. thank you for your time.
