Archived Unequivocal Admin Abuse/Unbelievable Gross Miss-use of admin powers

I have on multiple occasions tried to make a post to discuss an obscure payment policy on the steam discussion boards. Every moderator that has encountered it has stopped me in my tracks in an attempt to silence the issue. I only wish to discuss the issue but I can not get more than a few minutes without having my threads closed. People show support and start posting only to have there comments deleted and the thread locked. The first instance no information was given and the thread was locked. In the second instance and admin made not that this may not be the correct sub forum. (is there any correct forum to discuss steam policy's?)
When I made my 3rd post in a different forum pleading to admins to allow the community to speak it was again shut down. When I tried making a 4th to clarify with that admin the concerns he had for closing my thread I was banned shortly after posting for this reason:
You have been banned from all Steam discussions until Feb 14 @ 6:28pm. You were banned by a Steam Community Moderator. Reason: "Trolling. Discussing moderation in the forums."

I was trying to discuss very important issues to the community, so they would not fall prey to the same flawed policys I did. I fail to see how my important issue is not worthy of discussion but threads about "What games do you play" are.

I beg any open minded Moderators please look at this from my perspective! I am a longtime customer who fell prey to this obscure policy and wanted to discuss it. At every point I was intercepted and my right to discuss matters that affect me and other users was taken from me. And whats more I was treated as another "troll".
