Invalid Unfair ban

Hello there!

It's a while since this happend, but I've finally decided to make an appeal because I think I was banned unfair.

It started when I joined one of the servers to the Unusual hat club community, when that excisted. Then there was a guy who wanted to spycrab(the gambling game), and I joined him.

We spycrabbed for hats, not expensive hats, such as unusual hats, only normal hats such as ''craft hats''. Then it happened, he won twice and in the second spycrab I didn't want to give him the hat, I remember the name of that hat actually, it was a Hard counter.

I stayed a little longer on the server and then I was permanent banned. I realised I had done something really stupid, but I think being permanent banned for not giving a "craft hat" was unfair. I would of understood if it was an unusual(but now we have middlemen for that ) but it wasn't, it was a "craft hat" which is not nearly as valueable as an unusual.
(I'm sorry that I don't have the ID to the guy I was gambling with.)

I have been trading for a long time and that's pretty much what I do in tf2 and I have been banned from most of the trading servers and pretty much all the trading websites such as tf2tp.com, tf2outpost.com and tf2wh.com which helped me out a lot.

So if you could think about my little text above and maybe consider unbanning me that would've been great

UHC tag are no longer appealable anyway.

Couldn't there been a better system like, you get banned for a month and if you do such again, you get perma banned?
