Improper Format Unusual Greedy Greevil Egg Scam

According to my inventory history, this trade took place at 11:53pm, 17 November. I asked for a Greedy Greevil egg imbued with 3 unusual essences. However, there is no way to verify that the egg is imbued with unusual essences just from the description. He provided me with the following screenshot:

His nickname was Ninja at that point. Hence, I traded with him for 15 Treasure keys, but found out later that there were no unusual essences in the egg at all. Thus, I asked back my 15 keys, but he said that I was the one trying to scam and return him back an egg with no unusual essences. I know that this is partly my own fault, but please take action against such traders.
