VAC BAN TRADE ITEMS

    If I have VAC BAN would I ask Steam Support to transfer my skins on another account or not?

    No, all skins/items that are a part of a game you were VAC banned on cannot be traded, or redeemed. Absolutely nothing can be done to retrieve your skins.
