Value less than 100 characters error?

    when i try to submit a report against a scammer it says = Please enter a value using 100 characters or less.

    The error says "Please enter a value using 100 characters or more." Not less. :)

    That being said, I think the problem is the scammer's name is special characters that make it look like you left it blank. Can you put a placeholder name there for now until you submit? Something longer should suffice-- use underscores and note in your description what the proper name is, perhaps?

    Sorry for the glitches there with bizarro names.
