What could be done in this case?

I'm making a tutorial for all those F2P traders out there. A F2p can trade once they get a premium item and they can keep trading up. When it comes to gift items, there can be an issue. You can trade a premium trader a gift wrap, then they trade you the wrapped item back no problem. However, if they send the "wrapped item" to you as a gift "it's not tradable"!!!

With a wrapped item you can charge for the gift + item to make a nice little profit. However, if your forced to open it, you lose the profit of the giftwrap and whatever payment you used for the item.

If you tell the seller to not send as gift, but they do so anyways..would you be allowed to keep their insurance item(if there is an insurance)? If they don't trade you the wrapped item, you lose 1 key to 3 ref(current price of wrap)!!!

Well, it all depends on the question if you instructed them to TRADE the wrapped item, and not to "gift" it. If you didn't, they may gift it or trade it to you in their consent.

Tbh, I wouldn't want such items, let them activate their premium access.
