That person is your alternate account, means that account is on your IP address, and based on the other threads they are defiantly your alts. So if you scam on one of your alts, all of the accounts you own are marked as a scammer. You have to appeal, but you already did and it was denied. http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198068460349-fentus-sr-scammer.27198/ was your alts appeal.
