What if you don't have the proof because they blocked you?

    If you leave the chat window open, you can screenshot that.

    You only can view the last few lines if opening a chat to a friend again. Which most often will be insufficient to show what the trade was actually about (payment method, payment info, what items, how much, etc). Once you closed it and they removed/blocked you, you can't even obtain those few lines.

    The evidence is needed to link the other types of evidence (Trade history, paypal transactions, etc) to the trade. Otherwise it may have been by BitCoin, a gift, whatever, and it cannot be taken into consideration for a report.

    If you closed the chat window, the evidence of your agreement to trade X for Y is gone. There's nothing we can do to recover it, and we can't accept a report without it.
