    Wrong section, also there is no way for us to tell, but if it has been 7 months already, then probably a perm ban. Trade ban lengths can vary, and only Valve can help you with that (although buying accounts is against their TOS)

    iirc most trade bans are 10 years

    It will say when you can next trade or use market from within the account, when you try to trade or use market or something like that.
