What is the likelihood of such a case?

    I was marked a scammer for a sharing an IP address with a reported scammer. I understand and have reasoned why this happened, but are there exceptions to me being marked, simply because I share a living space,and an IP with that scammer?

    Depends on the case, its worth appealing if you are a different person and can prove it, but that is not a solid "yes you will be unmarked" they are other factors we take into account. (not going to disclose so cannot be abused)
