What Should I Do If I Find A String of a Scammer's Alts?

    How do go reporting them?
    these typically revolve around this profile

    he impersonating another user on steam gifts http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198055481318 this one is REAL who links to this impersonator who has 7 reports and still not banned https://steamrep.com/search?q=http://steamcommunity.com/id/-VeraBITS-Feedback-/

    this is only half of the alts i tracked why hasnt steamrep banned these accounts with months old reports?
    I wont add more as i fear i may be waisting my time when a mod closes this
