You guys never actually defined this. So what is the key/bud value for this?

In almost all of my trades the max price of my item is a bud(an actual bud), the rest are anywhere from 1 - 15 keys.

maybe a Unusual Team Captain with Burning Flames?

There are all kinds of items that are very rare and have a high price range.
As for their pricing... between 2 buds and 3000,- dollar.

Thanks to Valve's series of c✿✿k-ups there's a ton of collector-tier items (normal/vintage qualities) which are absolutely priceless.

In trading, anything more than a bud usually constitutes as high-end, as there is a noticeable gap in between that and all the low-tier items - Earbuds are also pretty iconic to any TF2 trader thus are used as a baseline.

For our FAQ purposes ("trading with scammers"), we typically are talking about (roughly) a Bill's Hat or higher. We're not trying to have people check SteamRep for every key, refined, or weapon they're trading. We're looking to avoid helping scammers profit on high value trades beyond what a casual trader would do.
