    If you are reporting a SCAMMER (as per rules and guidelines) then post in the relevant thread in http://forums.steamrep.com/forums/report/

    Be mindful that having ALTERNATE ACCOUNTS is perfectly fine and a great many people have dozens of accounts, it is what is done with them which matters :)
