Where do we report Scammer communities

Hello people i had a bad experience with a Scammer community
i dont take names but it is not an affiliate community of steam rep
They took donation and didnt give perks and then i write on my blog that this community didnt give me donation perks for 50$ and the ban me for false advertising
People should be warned from this communities
what to do in this case

and the community says that we have strong contacts in SteamRep so shut up of we will get you a free scammer tag also

you gave 50 dollar as donation to some comm? Most legit comm's charge around 2 keys ( ~3-3,50 dollar) for 1 month of donator perks, I don't know what "community" that was, or who you paid that amount, but it doesn't sound right.

You sure the community is not a fake but instead a group of scammers(or one guy with many alts) working together to scam?

Well this is a big community still runs servers in TF2
but leave it i just wanted to make a suggestion in steamrep that you guys should start community scams also
as many new communities are coming up day by day

hmm, its free for any to donate towards a community, however big/small it is. Its only a scam if its impersonation of someone else etc.
