    If someone is impersonating another users account - you can report them to Valve.
    We don't take reports here without INTENT showing to scam with said impersonation.
    Taking a quick glance at your links - there is NO intent to scam there anywhere.
    In fact I don't even see much that would concern Valve.

    I already told you - you can report to Valve but in my opinion there is nothing there that says that user is doing anything wrong.
    Certainly not reportable here.

    Well yea i contacted to steam to but they sayd only "block him on steam and report" nothing more but when hes doing lieing evryone he is me etc. he copied my main steam to pretended me did a big shame for my name in counter-strike :) so then i contacted to steam they sayd only report and block on steam. Yeah i did that but i see no actions was taked.
