    Certain scams that are minor is understandable when it takes a long time to respond to...but then there are major scams that seem to take forever to get to.
    Not too long ago there was a fake valve employee. At least 7 people reported this scammer to steamrep but it took more then 10 days to mark. That's a lot of time for a scammer to continue scamming people.

    It be nice if there were priority reports or at least give them some kind of temp mark when it gets this extreme.

    Understaffed/overworked, the temp mark thing was already asked and answered in another thread.
    inb4 new question;
    Q: Why not add more admins/mods?
    A: Very very hard to trust people on the net, even if they otherwise qualify. Most mods are recruited out of existing communities after they have established themselves and admins are picked from the mods.

    with like 1600 reports or w/e to go thru, things get longer in response. I did a public announcement that ppl should check SR forums with checking somebody on SR. What you expect? That all reports are done and we're on zero reports? Unfortunately, there more scammers then ever since D2 came out.

    Helen and her mod team does their best. Want to help? sure, go ahead and start ask questions on reporters to make the picture complete of the report. Thats the ONLY way to speed things up: all reports have the crap they need, and the mods able to set them to "Ready for review". Helen or another admin reviews them, tags or not, and sets it to "accepted" or "rejected". Mods then move it to the archive.

    Creating threads here isn't helping.
