It was green - Evidence Provided, and that was taken away? What would have caused this.
System change-- we renamed the "Ready to Review" tag to "Evidence Provided". "Evidence Provided" only applies to reports and not appeals, so I removed it from all appeals that had it erroneously applied.
So shouldn't it be ready to review now?
Hello @CSGOLounge - ImRainy,
Read this topic: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/appeal-tips.66354/
And please pay special note to the following point(s):
#12: Basic appeal procedure.
which is in the order:
1. New appeal: Pending
2. If not valid or double or other problems: Archived or Invalid
3. Admin takes on appeal: Under investigation
4. Admin asks questions: Needs More Information.
5a. Admin Denies appeal: Rejected
5b. Admin Grants appeal: Accepted.
The appeal section is where mods aren't moderating, and the Ready for Review is a status a mod gives to a report, to indicate to admins that a report is ready to be processed by the admins.
But it was Evidence provided..
No, it should be Pending. There's no such thing as "Evidence Provided" or "Ready to Review" for appeals-- it was a mistaken status applied to appeals. Sorry for the confusion.
