Will i get Steam rep ban?

    So i was trying to get ban in the csgo trading server TGP, owner T Virus.
    and one of the rules where not to make a charge back,
    so i bought vip for 7$ and then made a charge back, but i cancelled it and here is the proof

    Will i still get ban on here?
