Description: I saw his Sop thread, a week ago, I agreed on the 0.30$ (american dollars) price per refined. First screenshot shows clearly, 90 US dollars were requried for the 300 refined. He then said that he paid 94 CAD ( canadian dollars ) to cover fees etc.
I got only 78.02 USD dollars out of 90 USD dollars required for the trade to be completed.
He refused to give me back my refined, and then he could have chargedback.
He is saying and keep repeting that I agreed about his 'rules' from his buying thread, as if I signed a contract with him by selling him refined.

Plain and simple, I want my refined back and he can have his money back, otherwise I dont know.

My Trade Clearly stated that I, am sending the 0.30$ CAD per refined, I have sent 94$ cad from my verified paypal's bank account.
It also states that the money the he will receive is going to differ from the current buying price, since infact he lives in Romania, and he agreed to be payed in USD.
I also stated there is NO refund unless the following occurs: Steam trade service down, paypal sending issues.
There was none of the following.
He completely neglected my trade rules, and by trading me, he accepts the preceding terms.

That has nothing to do with you failing to read my trading rules, you didn't read my rules, and you clearly stated you didn't care.

I just thought I would point out that in your trade you don't actually say you will send in CAD and that therefore the money the seller *receives* may be a differing amount. What you instead say is that the price of the refined will change depending on the seller's country and currency.

At the very least your trade is misleading. The best course of action would be to return the ref, get your 94 CAD back, everyone says sorry for the mixup, and continues on their way like mature, responsible adults.

Not to mention the fact that you edited your thread just after we had this 300ref trade. It was 0.30$ USD dollars not 0.30$ CAD, otherwise I would have not added you since I can sell refined at a higher price than 0.30$ per refined. You called me a scammer for no reason, just to defend yourself. Just give up, nobody will do as you say, nobody will shut up infront of you, nobody will care about your rules, the deal was 0.30$ as in first picture shows, you even asked me. There is no reason why you should argue over this anymore, unless you want to act like a child about it.

Since infact he clearly admitted to have not read my trade rules, there is no reason he should even be speaking. I did infact propose a refund but he attempted to scam me. Also, my trade is not misleading since infact CAD and USD are both called "dollars", also since it clearly says im paying 0.30$( <- dollars), and stating that my account currency is in CAD, its therefor not misleading at all.

I did not even touch my trade since you bs'd your way into my rep. Sicne you have no proof, and you've been already convicted of lying several times, your done speaking.

This seems like a case of misunderstanding between parties rather a case of scamming, and would require mediation.

Now, I was honestly surprised to see this:

You were lying about the fact that CAD was always there, and that you have NEVER touched it.. While our database edit history shows an entirely different story. You did indeed edit your own thread to include CAD so you it would look like you wouldn't be the guilty one.

And according to the chatlogs that was provided, only USD was mentioned. I can't find anything CAD related.

For those reasons, flat out lying about it.. I've approved the report.
