Description: I met him on outpost , and I offered items for paypal money and we traded first 31 keys without problem , and I asked him about other items and he said okay for 400 USD for 6 Bud and 3 Max. After he received the items he wasn't send the money for me and he blocked me and made his profile to private.

Yeah this is one big shithole

I scammed him because he scammed several others. Then TM added me and told me to do the right thing so i gave his stuff back, which went against my feelings.
I didnt meet him on OP btw and thats not the only lie here.
