She reported me after we finished everything, she didn't post the full log, and therefore I got marked.
But as you can see the game said RU on outpost (it still does) on top of that the game wouldn't activate several times, so that made me ask for a refund, like anybody would do.
During all this I was making dinner, after a while I gave up.
I figured I'd leave the chat open, make screenshots of everything and then send it to steamsupport and e.g. this site.
I tried it 1 more time and it DID activate, I told miss V (that's after she closed the chat and made the screenshots) that the game indeed activated.
Again, I believe my exact words were "My bad, you're right it does work".
After which I DELETED Miss V from my friendslist.
The problem with her screenshots is that I only go on AWAY, but when you get deleted during a chat, the chat will simply say the other person goes OFFLINE, which I never did in her screenshots.

I'm marked for "falsevication of evidence"
I'm not even sure what that means, it clearly says RU on the screenshot doesn't it? check the outpost link for yourself.
I don't think that CanadianInvasion has any clue what he did there either, next time I would like to suggest you do a little bit of research before you start marking people.
I know you guys have nothing to do with Valve, and generally you do good work.
But there are many more cases like myself where people have a scammer tag, but obviously are clean.
Time for a cleanup someday?

Either way, what really happened here I'll describe in some TLDR:

* I have gotten a fake Scammer tag due to CanadianInvasion's lack of research.
(I don't blame the guy, he's probably busy too. However, it does suck balls as I moderate and own several tradegroups, and yes, in some of that we even have a bot notifying people when a marked steamrep.com scammer joins the chat)

* The Borderlands 2 Miss V traded me has been revoked. (A stolen creditcard OR she has no funds)

* I Lost the items I gave during the trade. (about 36-38 worth of tf2keys)

* I tried adding Miss V again to ask about this situation but she declined my request.

* I already contacted Steamsupport, once I have their reply I'll post it here.

I will look into this case again and try to dig up the facts. For now, I am marking this as under investigation.

Hello I am a good friend of Miss V. She got her credit card stolen, the bank revoked steam games and everything in the situation is out of her control.

Got a reply from Steam Support, I should have my items back. (haven't tried tf2 yet)

After that I deleted her, when someone deletes you during a conversation the chat will say the other person went offline, she never included this part of the chat in her screenshots and therefore I am marked as a scammer now for "falsevication of evidence" while its actually miss v is holding back the complete chatlog.

I simply didn't save the chat or screenshots once the game activated as everything worked correctly.
I guess she just got pissed because I asked for a refund in the first place, which only is reasonable if you agree on a ROW version and it turns out to be a RU version you got.

Anyhow, long story short, I steamrep.com has nothing to do with Valve so you can't do anything about that scammertag I've gotten on steamrep.
But, I was wondering if I could get the full chatlogs from miss v and me so that I can show these to steamrep.

The other and main problem why I'm contacting you is that that same Borderlands 2 now got revoked from my account.
When I logged in I received a popup containing the following message.

I would really like Borderlands 2 back, but this probably isn't possible, the thing is that I got a great trade from her for Borderlands 2, and I wont find another copy at that price.

If this indeed isn't possible I would like the items back I gave during the trade.

I just logged into TF2, as I also did a trade with someone and I wanted to organize the items.
When I logged it, It showed ONLY the items obtained through the trade.
I didn't receive the items I traded with Miss V, as you can see in the screenshot and my trade history, I gave a lot of tf2 refined metal, tf2keys, and a genuine.
