Description:
I make Screenshots of players' loadouts and unusuals via Source Filmmaker. I charge for all of my shots, the minimum being 1 refined per shot. The scammer, CatSmoothies, requested a screenshot of his scout. I went ahead and made the shot, and when I was finally able to contact him he refused to pay me because he believed that I took too long. This was because I was completely flooded with requests at the time so I had a hard time dealing with all the requests. I subsequently notified him that I was reporting him for scamming because he did not pay, even when I delivered. Thank you for your time.
