The victim sent $31 USD to the scammer for 1 earbud. The Scammer did not follow up.

Hello, could the victim provide a screenshot of their inventory history throughout the whole day showing that he did not recieve the buds? Also since he is the victim, he may have to be the one that reports the scammer.

I did if for him helping him out since he did not know how to file a report. ^_^

Gangnam Style Potato (nice name, btw- I really do like it), I hid your post so it's visible to admins & mods only because it has your Steam username in it. It's just for your own protection as some users don't want others to know their username. It's entirely standard procedure. So sorry, I should have been more clear.

After reviewing the evidence as well as additional evidence gathered, Gangnam Style Potato did not trade buds to 76561198042875179, who is the victim in question. Therefore I am marking Gangnam Style Potato with a scammer tag.

Gangnam Style Potato traded the buds to his friend, 76561198057875359, who is a marked scammer and was using ThisBlue's name at the time so that it would appear that the trade took place. They have been friends since January, so it wasn't an impersonation scam. The two were clearly working together to try to get away with this scam.
