As I understand it, this is the second report filed against this user - I am in the same situation as T(a)PS (http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198025428300-m21erb.17228/). The scammer in question listed several Earbuds for sale on TF2Outpost (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7093956) for $31.50 a piece. I added him, and he assured me that he had just sold 3 Earbuds at this price to this user: http://steamcommunity.com/id/goldwang69 (as it turned out, he hadn't, and that's probably one of his alt. accounts; something worth looking into). I gifted him the $31.50 over Paypal, and the trade was canceled.

Unfortunately, I have since closed the chat with m21eRB - however, I have attached a screenshot of my trade history below. I've also written a very detailed email to PayPal support, and I appreciate SteamRep's concern in this matter.

Sorry if this seems picky, but can you screenshots the rest of your trades that are time stamped 12/20/2012 up to and including the first trade that's 12/19/2012 or earlier.

Also, I have read your investigation policy, and understand that you do not deal with trades between Team Fortress 2 and other online economies, however I'm hoping that you might make a slight exception for further evidence of m21eRB's scamming activity (with Steam chat screenshots included this time): http://tf2-trader.com/index.php?topic=21572.0 - this is not my case, though, so I can understand why it may not be accepted as valid evidence.

I should've included this in my previous post, but I noticed another odd pattern with the TF2 Outpost +rep posts - after bluelite was scammed, Lethal posted, "bought 3 had to convince him on the last one with 35 cus 9 of them were reserved ++++++++++++++++++++++rep", and almost immediately after I was scammed, THEBICBOY posted, "Bought 10 buds i went first. ... highly recconmended .... i have sourceop thread legit seller rep ++++++ ~!!!", and then Lethal proceeded to post "+rep ***** ***** ***** ***** rap gang *****" on m21eRB's Steam profile at 9:04pm EST, just 3 minutes after my Paypal transaction went through (and when I realized that I had been scammed).

That's quite a pattern o.0. Great job for finding it out!
