Description: I have been friends with the guy for a while. I was trying to trade my tf2 items for paypal since I was thinking about quiting. I was giving him 14 ellis caps and my festive set for $35. He didnt want to go first so I put just the festives then he was going to send the money. I traded then he left the voice chat. He never sent the money Im trying to get my stuff back and get him banned. After this happend he changed his name and where he lived he was little bill then did the name with all 0o0o0. Please help me as best you can thank you guys!

He also made his profile private now and changed his name again.
