Gifted Gun Monkeys and he was supposed to send Titan Attacks Key but as soon as I made the trade he deleted me from friends list. Then he readded me to friends and chatted some more with more. Screenshots included.

Reports involving cd keys aren't usually taken... but you may have enough information here to get this guy marked. Guess we'll see how this plays out.
