I was on a outpost trade server and was discussing VIP and admin perks with a respected admin "techno.exe" I was discussing the donation requirements to acquire such perks when I received a random trade of someone I had never met. This person is the suspected scammer. I explained to him in trade chat i need to get items off a friend to give me some time to contact the actual admins. techno explained to me he was in no relation to the suspected scammer. The scammer then added me and stated it is easier to negotiate this way.

Screen shot of trade chat i attached to this report

I have placed a caution tag on the person you have reported. It looks clear he tried to scam you.
