Description

Met this guys on a 2Fort server. He said 'Selling Strange Minigun for 3 Ref'. I immediately got very suspicious, so traded him. Added a key and a pair of Pyrovision Goggles, he added his Strange Minigun. He then switched the strange for a renamed stock minigun ("i kill you hahaha"), and I called him out on it. He said that it would turn strange after we traded, and that it was a glitch in the new update. I knew this was a lie, and went to take screenshots. He quickly cancelled. He kept saying 'I don't scam', but that is obviously false.

I then traded him from my friend's account (to get what screenshots I could, shown above), and he repeated the same tactic, although was now requesting upward of 4 ref. He cancelled again after I mentioned that the weapon he had put up was not a strange minigun. No-one got scammed in the end, but he's undoubtedly going to do this many times more.
