I understand SteamRep occasionally bumps a scammer tag down to caution if the violation is only fake rep. Prior to my report, http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198065867110-kaahsiliing-et-al.6263/ , 76561198042688101 was tagged as caution for brokering for a scammer. Additionally, in all my interactions with 76561198042688101, he never seems to have remorse for his actions, he comes off as more frustrated that he go a tag for only giving 1 fake rep.

It's troubling to think he doesn't see how he did anything wrong

You should only be giving rep for when an actual trade happens. It doesn't matter if the person you gave fake rep to turns out to be a scammer alt after you gave the rep, you shouldn't be giving out fake rep at all. That statement sounds like you just give out fake rep for everyone who asks for it

It shouldn't matter how long ago it occurred, and I reported you a month ago when it first happened. Steam Rep took awhile to determine the verdict of the report.

You got a caution tag for the "joke" about selling a HOWAR for a friend that's a scammer. Once you got the scammer tag, I reported you to outpost to have you banned

Once again, It doesn't matter if the person you gave fake rep to turns out to be a scammer alt after you gave the rep, you shouldn't be giving out fake rep at all.

With 27 friends that are tagged scammers (http://puu.sh/Pf6W), and the fact the it looks like you give rep to anyone that asks you for it, it looks like you work with scammer friends all the time and aren't clean at all.

my appeal post marked as Invalid and Thomas Matthias's says "You have to appeal your TF2OP tag first."

but in outpost , some admin says in discussion bar or discussion about appeal "you need to be have clean reputation on steamrep" or something , its maybe over 2 years ago .... then i created it here to appeal first on steamrep and then on outpost

what i can do ? some facts:
1.) many my request of bans is accepted ( i mean i reported many scammers)
2.) helping many persons in PM of steam , explain how to dont be scammed by somebody etc
3.) i totally never scammed somebody , 0 fact about my scamm.
4.) i waiting answer 2 years maybe , still i think i will be appealed
5) helping some ppl to create a new post about scammers ( i mean how to create a post)

and more and more ....

i rly need clean reputation .... many persons says to me "you are scammer" , "you are d*****" etc , im always rage about it coz i never scammed and i still have SR scammers tag ...

tf2op says"you need to have clean reputation on sourcerep" or something , if here will be clean reputation at tf2op i also will be unbanned and mark will be deleted
