Hi, I have been a member to the steam community for roughly a couple years and have put in roughly 4,000 hours of gameplay into tf2. I was reported some time ago for a Paypal scam I committed. I admit to scamming the guy, but I'd like to say I have been clean since then. After receiving the buds from user Fomich[M-1], I didn't go through with the trade and I deleted him without paying cash. I plan on returning the stolen earbuds to Fomich[M-1], when he gets online. His account is currently banned by Valve (?) but I think I could return the items through one of his second accounts or something along those lines. I am wondering if there is anything else I can do to better the situation, as I would like to continue to pursue my trading career and further enjoy the game. Regarding me being clean, I have purchased many other items (buds,unusuals,keys) since the incident, without issues, including a trade I made last night (bought a bud for cash: imgur.com/YkBIpMI.png). Once again, I am deeply sorry for doing something so stupid.
