Description:
I was in a trading server looking to buy items and sell my left for dead 2... Now this guy comes along claiming He was selling a Merc's Pride Scarf for 5 ref and I thought... maybe he's trying to quicksell it... So I get some metal (Scrap.tf) I send him a trade and then we traded... Little did I know that it was uncraftable and I was in a hurry so I was being careless, I sent him a trade later and this happened, he said he already added the metal and later claiming I had slow net, I added him in steam and he said it wont do anything he's just making excuses.

For this once i will upload your image for you.
